How to request account closure
To close your Loop Darling account, contact support. Logging out or making your Maker page private does not close the account.
If you only want to hide your Maker page
Open My Public Pages and choose Make profile private. You can also hide individual public sections. This keeps your account and private drafts available to you.
Logging out of My Account also does not delete your account or content.
If you want to close your account
Email support@loopdarling.com from the address associated with your account and explain that you want to request closure. Do not include your password or sign-in code.
Support may ask you to verify account ownership and review any public pages or account activity before processing your request.
What happens to public pages and information?
Ask support about removing your public Maker page, Designer shop or listings as part of the closure request.
Some records may need to be retained for legal, security or financial reasons. Support can explain what applies to your request.
