Can’t sign in or load a page?

A missing session, an unpublished profile and a page that fails to load can look similar. Here’s how to work out which one you’re seeing without risking your saved work.

The page says I’m logged out or the session is missing

Open My Account and sign in. Return to the page you were using and refresh it once. If the page still says you’re logged out, check whether your browser is blocking saved sign-in data.

Some pages briefly show a Login label while they check your account. A momentary change is different from a persistent session error.

My email confirmation or reset link doesn’t work

Check that you’re using the newest link and the email address associated with your account. Check spam or promotions if no message arrived. Try the sign-in or password-reset options in Account Settings where available.

Never send anyone your password, authentication token or the full URL of a one-time sign-in link.

Designer Studio says I don’t have permission

Everyone begins as a Maker. Only staff can approve a real Designer role. Turning on Test Mode shows sample Designer screens but does not grant real storefront or staff permissions.

Check your application status in My Account. If you were approved but access is still denied, contact support with a description of the screen; don’t try to work around account permissions.

My Maker page isn’t visible

Your optional Maker page starts private. Open the editor and confirm you actually published it. Check the individual photo, bio and other visibility choices.

Your Designer storefront can be published separately from your personal Maker page.

A form is stuck or a page keeps loading

Wait briefly for the connection, then refresh once. Check your internet connection and whether you’re still signed in. Avoid clicking Submit repeatedly if a change may already have been saved.

If the problem continues, email support@loopdarling.com with the page URL, the error text, approximate time, device/browser and a screenshot with private details hidden. Don’t send passwords, bank details or full authentication links.

Don’t erase local Android projects to fix a website issue

Clearing Android app storage or uninstalling a beta can erase local projects and imported PDFs. A website login issue is not a reason to reset the app.
