How does the 25% designer subscription share work?
A qualifying paid Studio or Atelier subscription sets aside 25% of the subscription payment for one eligible independent Designer. This comes from the subscription price; it isn’t an extra charge.
How much does a Designer receive?
The share is 25% of the actual subscription price paid, excluding sales taxes and before Apple, Google, Stripe or other processing fees. A discounted subscription uses the discounted amount actually paid. Free periods do not generate a share.
One qualifying subscription supports one eligible Designer. It does not create an additional 25% referral payment or a second commission on top of the first. This program is separate from the 3% fee on Marketplace sales.
Who chooses the Designer?
Before the first paid confirmation, the subscriber sees exactly which eligible Designer will receive the share. There are three ways to arrive at that choice: a direct Designer referral, Loop Darling’s current Featured Designer, or a Random Designer.
A direct referral identifies that eligible Designer, so it isn’t a random draw. Featured Designer shows the shop featured at the time of signup. Random Designer shows a candidate and lets the subscriber ask for another random option before confirming payment.
Can I change the Designer I support later?
No. Once the first qualifying payment is confirmed, that Designer is locked for the subscription and its renewals. You can’t change the supported Designer after confirming payment. A new Featured Designer does not replace the recipient of an existing subscription.
The random redraw is only available before the first paid confirmation. It is not offered for direct referrals or Featured Designer selections. You see the name and shop before confirming payment.
Can I pay for Studio or Atelier now?
No. The subscription plans are shown for information, but paid billing and Designer support payouts aren’t available yet.
