Featured placements don't run on a fixed schedule. The subscriber's chosen Designer is locked after the first paid confirmation, including renewals; there is no routine way to change the recipient. A new featured person won't change an existing subscription's recipient. The share comes from the actual pretax payment before processing fees, with no extra charge.
