Cases & escalations
Central workload for support, abuse, copyright, spam, harassment, content, account and payment cases. Cases can also be opened directly from a Member 360 record.

Operational health
Live operational counts for review queues, provider-event backlog, commerce records and security holds. This does not replace external uptime/error monitoring.

Staff capability matrix
Current role boundary. Administrator retains account, settings, finance and legal powers; Moderator remains an operational review/moderation role.

Release switches
Audited launch controls. High-risk commerce features remain off until their trusted server workflows are complete.
Loading feature flags…
Accounts, MFA, sessions & holds
Operational security posture across members and staff. Authentication-event history remains limited by current Auth Audit Log retention.
Loading security posture…
Financial center
Read-only financial summary from verified Marketplace transaction and Designer-earnings foundations. Refunds, chargebacks, payouts, tax operations and QuickBooks reconciliation remain inactive until paid commerce is separately released.

Retention & preservation
Legal holds are visible here and can be created/released from Member 360. Destructive cleanup must check active holds before deleting retained records. Marketplace entitlements remain separate from personal-pattern cloud cleanup.

Platform controls
Member Accounts and Marketplace Access now have their own full-width Admin Center panels below. Platform-wide settings, support load, listing operations and audit remain here.

Per-member approval bypasses are managed from the member list. Neither global nor per-member bypasses disable normal eligibility, identity, recovery, legal or suspension checks.

Members & account dossiers
Every member is one horizontal row. Expand a row for the full operational dossier: login/session activity, onboarding, Designer/application state, patterns, sales, acquisitions, favorites, personal patterns, messages, recovery and moderation history.
Loading members…
Plans & subscription state
Cross-account view of the latest plan entitlement, provider state, current period end and Designer-support lock. Open the member row for the full subscription history.
Loading subscriptions…
Member ↔ Designer conversations
Conversation workload across the Marketplace. Administrators can see the latest message preview; Moderators see conversation metadata without message contents. Open the member record for deeper communication history.
Loading communications…
Audited member exports
Use a member’s Legal export tab to generate a full JSON case file or CSV summary. Each export requires Administrator MFA and a written purpose and is recorded with its SHA-256 hash and record counts.
Exports can contain personal information and communications. Use them only for a legitimate operational, dispute, compliance, preservation, or legal need. Authentication secrets, password hashes, recovery tokens, MFA secrets, and service credentials are excluded.
Acquisitions & entitlements
Full-width acquisition list. Expand a row for transaction and entitlement details. This remains read-only until the audited grant/revoke workflow exists.
