Audited member exports
Use a member’s Legal export tab to generate a full JSON case file or CSV summary. Each export requires Administrator MFA and a written purpose and is recorded with its SHA-256 hash and record counts.
Exports can contain personal information and communications. Use them only for a legitimate operational, dispute, compliance, preservation, or legal need. Authentication secrets, password hashes, recovery tokens, MFA secrets, and service credentials are excluded.
